Shipping policy

After placing an order online, the customer will receive an automatic reply email to confirm the successful order confirmation. The goods will be shipped within 1-7 working days and can be received within 2-3 working days after shipment. All items are free of charge. You are welcome to provide your industrial, commercial or residential address or SF Express station/BT smart locker address.

If the mail is lost, our store will not make any compensation. All packages sent outside Hong Kong may be subject to customs duties, and FACEMART will not bear any tax liability. If you are unsure about tax issues, please understand the details before ordering.
